After the 24 hours, there will be a re-stocking fee. The re-stocking fee amount will be calculated from the total purchase amount and the percentage is dependent on the production stage of your order.

No. The floor of the planter comes slightly slatted to allow for drainage. However, additional drainage holes can be added (just let us know).

Sealant is an all-natural, non-toxic and eco-friendly soybean sealant we use to treat our planters. It helps prolong the longevity of the planter and protect it from the heat and cold. It goes on clear and dries clear.
We suggest keeping it covered and/or bringing your planter indoors.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour grace period, your order has been accounted for. If you still wish to cancel, there is a re-stocking fee of 25%-50% of your purchase total. The fee is dependent on the stage your order is in.
