No. The floor of the planter comes slightly slatted to allow for drainage. However, additional drainage holes can be added (just let us know).

Sealant is an all-natural, non-toxic and eco-friendly soybean sealant we use to treat our planters. It helps prolong the longevity of the planter and protect it from the heat and cold. It goes on clear and dries clear.
We suggest keeping it covered and/or bringing your planter indoors.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hour grace period, your order has been accounted for. If you still wish to cancel, there is a re-stocking fee of 25%-50% of your purchase total. The fee is dependent on the stage your order is in.

Well built planter. Comes in four pieces with good assembly instructions and pre-drilled holes. hardware was included. This is my new go-to shop for wooden planters.

exceeded my expectations, the cedar boxes were exceptional quality, arrived well packaged and easily assembled. I was able to affix heavy duty casters on the planter bottom. The local garden shop suggested some root ball netting stapled to the insides to prevent any rot on the cedar below the soil, I am hopeful to get some additional planters for spring, I would recommend this shop

We were unable to find a planter box like this anywhere locally. Thia has worked out perfectly. We had to transplant our lemon tree from a much smaller plastic pot that was just too small. Couldn't plant it in the ground, as our bottom soil has too many large rocks to deal with.
